Please note that service fees are the same at our Glebe and ByWard Market locations.

Payment Options
We accept cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please check in with one of our Clinic Health Assistants when you arrive. Payment is due at the time of service, except for care billed directly to WSIB or your auto insurer, as set out under “Direct Billing” below. We provide an emailed or printed receipt for every visit.

Direct Billing

• Extended Health Benefits. We submit your claim directly to your insurer, so your reimbursement arrives sooner. Payment is due at the time of your visit, and your insurer reimburses you according to your plan. Many plans cover only part of the cost or have annual limits, so we recommend checking your benefits before your first visit.
• Custom Orthotics. We submit orthotics claims directly to your insurer as well, and payment is due at the time of service. Many plans require a physician’s referral for orthotics, so please check with your plan before your assessment.
• Workplace Injuries (WSIB). We bill WSIB directly for your approved care. Please bring your WSIB claim number to your first visit. If you do not have one yet, our front desk can help with your Form 6.
• Motor Vehicle Accidents. We bill your auto insurer directly for your approved care. Please bring your claim number and your adjuster’s contact details, and complete your OCF-1 with your insurer as soon as possible. Our team prepares and submits your treatment plan forms for you.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments Policy
We ask for 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged as follows:

Chiropractic and massage therapy: the full fee for the booked visit.
Physiotherapy: a $70 fee.

No fee applies if we are able to rebook the time. If your appointment is booked for the same day, the policy applies once your appointment time is set. Late arrivals are seen for the time remaining in the scheduled session. To cancel or reschedule, please call, text or reply to your confirmation email as early as you can.
