Meet Nicole Chesno, Clinic Health Assistant

One year ago I joined CURAVITA Health Group as a Clinic Health Assistant at our Byward location.  What I enjoy best about working at CURAVITA is the caring environment and the team.

When not at work,  I enjoy baking and repurposing old items. I also love taking my dog on walks. I enjoy listening to music – I’m a huge fan of the golden oldies!   I like watching true crime tv shows and comedies, and also watching old Disney movies! I grew up in South Africa and my family still lives there.  Prior to the pandemic and travel ban, I was fortunate to take a trip back home to visit my family. 

One of my favourite things to do is hang out in the comfort of my home with my dog, who is a rescue.  My little dog is my all, and she makes every day a sunny one!  I love animals and that is why I hold the Ottawa Humane Society close to heart –  I understand the value in all they do.

While I don’t particularly like to eat out at restaurants,  I value spending time with my in-laws and enjoying meals at their home; they always know how to make the best home-cooked meals!
