Yoga is a popular physical activity appealing to all ages. People are signing up in droves seeking its’ health benefits with the best intentions but can unknowingly put themselves at risk of injury. The average person spends 9.3 hours sitting per day! Inflexibility from long hours at the computer can lead to underlying postural problems putting individuals at an increased risk of injury. Dr. Sasha Hamid invites all yogis at all levels to join her in this informative session. Identify possible issues before they can lead to injury and learn how to take your yoga practice further.
