Chiropractic Care

Payment Options

We accept cash, debit card, Visa, Mastercard and American Express at the time of your visit. Upon arrival, please check in with one of our Clinic Health Assistants to confirm your arrival. Payment is due at the time of service. We will provide emailed or printed receipts that can be submitted for reimbursement to your insurance company. Please note that many insurers will cover chiropractic care, physiotherapy treatment and registered massage therapy services.  Depending on your insurance, you may require a prescription from your medical doctor.

New Patient Fees

Your first new patient visit includes a comprehensive consultation on your health history, thorough orthopedic, physical and neurological examination, surface electromyography, postural screenings, x-rays if needed, and report of findings with a following appointment.

Initial Visit/Report of Findings– $75
X-rays per view – $20
Progressive Evaluation – $25
Consultation – No Charge

Subsequent Visits

Adult – $47
Student – $37
Children (13 and under) – $27

Receipts

We do not bill insurance companies directly. However, we will provide a receipt that you may submit for possible reimbursement. Receipts are available on the date of your appointment at the reception desk that can be emailed or printed for you.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments Policy

Failure to notify the office of a cancellation at least one hour prior to the chiropractic appointment or a missed appointment will result in a charge of $10.00 per occurrence.

If your appointment is booked for the same day, please be aware that the cancellation policy will be in effect once your appointment time is set. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact us at your earliest convenience.

Massage Therapy

Fees

All massage services are based on the amount of time booked.

60 minute massage – $95 +HST
90 minute massage – $142 +HST
120 minute massage – $180 +HST

Cancellations and Missed Appointments Policy

Appointment cancellations require 12 hours’ notice.  Cancellations outside of this time frame or missed appointments are subject to the full massage service fee. Fees will not be applied to the cancelled or missed appointment if we are able to rebook the time in question. 

If your appointment is booked for the same day, please be aware that the cancellation policy will be in effect once your appointment time is set. Late arrivals can only be extended to the time remaining in the scheduled session. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact us at your earliest convenience.

Initial Assessment – $100.00 (60 minutes and usually also includes a treatment)
Follow Up Treatment – $80.00

Appointment cancellations require 24 hours’ notice.  Cancellations outside of this time frame or missed appointments are subject to a fee of $50.00.
